Content enrichment

Content enrichment is the process of adding contextual and structural elements to an article in order to improve clarity, understanding, and usability. Enrichment elements include summaries, background sections, timelines, fact boxes, and internal references.

In NewsBuild, content enrichment is generated using editorial rules and the publication’s own content archive. Enriched content is always editable and subject to editorial review before publication.
